Job description

Part-Time Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week, including weekends, WITH POTENTIAL to go full-time
License Required:
Active Florida Real Estate License

We are seeking a reliable, organized, professional, and proactive Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a busy real estate professional/team in Boca Raton.

This is a hands-on role combining administrative, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, adapting to a changing real estate schedule, and hosting open houses without another agent present.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day real estate operations and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, closings, and appointments

  • Communicate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and title companies

  • Assist with listings, contracts, disclosures, transaction files, and MLS-related tasks

  • Maintain organized electronic files, client databases, and follow-up systems

  • Follow up with leads, clients, prospective buyers, and other agents

  • Independently host and manage open houses

  • Assist with property showings and other client-facing responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate email marketing and mass-mailing campaigns

  • Assist with social media content and posting

  • Provide additional support as needed to keep listings, transactions, marketing, and daily operations running smoothly


Qualifications:
  • Active Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using MLS, Google Docs and Drive, Excel, Outlook, SkySlope, Constant Contact, or similar email marketing platforms, and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required

  • Some weekend availability required as part of the 20–25 hour weekly schedule

  • Comfortable independently hosting open houses and representing the team

  • Previous real estate experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills

  • Professional, personable, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Reliable transportation for local showings, open houses, and appointments

  • Knowledge of the Boca Raton/South Florida market is a plus
