DESCRIPTION:

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty is currently hiring regional sales leaders across Northeast Ohio.


We are primarily seeking current broker/owners or managing brokers of independent real estate brokerages. However, we also encourage experienced sales managers, team leaders, and office managers who is ready to step into a larger regional leadership role to apply. We can structure the opportunity around your specific situation, whether through a merger, asset purchase, or a straight leadership hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications for this roles include:


  • An active Ohio real estate license (broker license strongly preferred).
  • Experience running a brokerage, office, or producing team, with a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, retention, and P&L management.
COMPENSATION:

Base pay of $70,000 - $120,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus tied to net agent count, retention, and market share. If you are merging a brokerage, deal structure is a separate conversation from the compensation above.
