JNT2 E ENTERPRISE LLC is looking for a skilled and driven Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful real estate transactions and legal matters in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreements
  • Conduct title searches and resolve title issues for residential and commercial properties
  • Manage real estate closings and ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, and mediation proceedings
  • Perform due diligence on real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate law, transactions, or related practice areas
  • Strong knowledge of Texas real estate laws, regulations, and closing procedures
  • Experience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions preferred
