A Fort Lauderdale Law Firm has an opening for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney. You will work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and property management agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
  • Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.
