Job description

We are seeking a driven, experienced Acquisition / In-House Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesale, sales, and closing who can confidently handle both off-market acquisition opportunities and listing leads.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with homeowners, buyers, and investors. You will qualify leads, evaluate properties, negotiate contracts, acquire properties, and determine whether a property should be wholesaled or listed for sale.

If you are a strong communicator, confident negotiator, and passionate about real estate sales and closing deals, we want you on our team!

Compensation:

$2,000 Monthly Base + 10% of Net Profit + Commissions


Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with and qualify seller and listing leads

  • Evaluate properties using comps, market trends, and property condition

  • Make offers and negotiate purchase and listing agreements

  • Determine the best exit strategy: wholesale, resale, or listing

  • Build relationships with sellers, buyers, investors, and agents

  • Manage leads from initial contact through signed contract and closing

  • Handle seller objections and consistently follow up to secure deals

  • Maintain accurate lead and transaction information in the CRM


Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesale, sales, or listings preferred

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Experience evaluating properties and understanding comps

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong follow-up and prospect management skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

  • CRM experience and strong organizational skills

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Real estate license preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Must reside in Florida, preferably near Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County
