What You'll Do
  • Prospect for residential acquisition opportunities throughout your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and investors
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Analyze renovation scope, ARV, and acquisition potential
  • Present and negotiate offers on behalf of the company
  • Manage opportunities throughout the acquisition process
  • Maintain CRM activity and KPI tracking

Requirements
