Job Description:

Detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper & Office Administrator responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting overall office operations. Combines strong bookkeeping expertise with administrative coordination to ensure efficient financial management, smooth office workflow, and exceptional organizational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and assist with payroll processing.

  • Coordinate office operations, vendor communications, and administrative documentation.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.

  • Support month-end reporting, audits, and ensure organized recordkeeping and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, office administration, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, and expense management.
