Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Real Estate Assistant to support the daily operations and marketing efforts of a growing real estate business. This role is critical to the success of the business and allows the agent to focus on selling real estate while you manage and optimize administrative, marketing, and operational responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and creativity. You'll help keep the business running efficiently while also creating engaging marketing content, managing social media, and promoting listings and the brand.

Over time, this position offers the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and even grow into a top-producing real estate agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a top-producing agent with both business and personal administrative needs.
  • Manage and maintain CRM and database systems.
  • Screen, manage, and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle client and internal requests with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage key deadlines.
  • Prepare buyer and listing documents, offers (license preferred), reports, and presentations.
  • Support clients throughout the transaction to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Track expenses and assist with budgeting and financial organization.
  • Support lead management and follow-up processes.
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, social graphics, listing promotions, open house materials, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Assist with branding initiatives and marketing campaigns for listings and the business.
  • Capture and organize photos, videos, and other marketing assets when needed.
  • Help maintain a consistent online presence by posting regularly and engaging with followers.
  • Coordinate with photographers, marketing vendors, and other service providers as needed.

Qualifications
