Real Estate Assistant

Licensed Preferred

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing real estate business. This role is critical to the success of the business and allows the agent to focus on selling real estate while you manage and optimize administrative, marketing, and operational responsibilities.

Over time, this position offers the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow into a top producing agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a top producing agent with both business and personal administrative needs
  • Manage and maintain CRM and database systems
  • Screen, manage, and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Handle client and internal requests with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage key deadlines
  • Prepare buyer and listing documents, offers (license preferred), reports, and marketing materials
  • Support clients throughout the transaction to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly
  • Track expenses and assist with budgeting and financial organization
  • Support lead management and follow-up processes
  • Assist with marketing listings and the business through social media and other platforms
