SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our Indianapolis team as Commercial Real Estate Agents. Whether you are an experienced commercial real estate professional or considering a career change, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with the resources of a national platform and the support of a collaborative local team.

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You’ll develop relationships, identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and build a business of your own with the support of experienced brokers.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
  • Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
  • Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close
  • Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Indiana commercial real estate license, or the motivation to obtain one

Prior commercial real estate experience is valuable, but not required. We are interested in individuals who are motivated to learn, willing to put in the work, and committed to building a long-term career in commercial real estate.
