SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our Indianapolis team as Commercial Real Estate Brokers. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You’ll develop relationships, identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and build a business of your own with the support of experienced brokers.
What You’ll Do
  • Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
  • Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
  • Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close
  • Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Indiana commercial real estate license, or the motivation to obtain one
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build expertise in the industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build your own business
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
