Job description

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice that handles a range of financial and real estate matters for a variety of clients.


The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.

You have 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted and in good standing in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
