Showing Assistant

In this role, you'll assist our agents by coordinating and conducting property showings, ensuring each client receives a seamless and professional experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist real estate agents by scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and efficient property visits
  • Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review
  • Support open house events by preparing properties and greeting visitors
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Stay informed about current market trends and property availability within the Chesterfield area
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
