Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Attend weekly group coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
  • Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
  • Real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of local market and property values
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in real estate CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Client-focused with strong customer service
  • Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
