Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Miami, FL. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing comparative market analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will maintain detailed records in the brokerageโ€™s systems, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all activities comply with state regulations and brokerage policies.
