Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Miami, FL. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing comparative market analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will maintain detailed records in the brokerage’s systems, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all activities comply with state regulations and brokerage policies. The role also involves ongoing local market research, attending networking events, and contributing to marketing efforts to build a personal client base.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Florida.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and familiarity with local Miami property markets.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and transaction processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and transactions at once.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, email, and basic office software; familiarity with online listing platforms is beneficial.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the greater Miami area for showings and client meetings.
