What you'll be doing:
  • Run structured lead generation systems weekly - not cold calling into the void, but proven methods that generate real business.
  • Host two open houses per month as part of a consistent, repeatable business-building rhythm.
  • Convert prospecting activity into signed appointments and buyer agreements at a high rate.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team sessions - yes, even experienced agents. The best ones never stop sharpening.
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session and team training calls. We treat this as a career, not a side hustle.
  • Consult with buyers, secure agreements, identify properties, and negotiate offers with confidence.
