Are you organized, motivated, and interested in building a career in real estate? We are looking for a dependable Real Estate Assistant to support our fast-paced team. You will assist agents with day-to-day administrative responsibilities, coordinate property listings, and help maintain clear, timely communication with clients.
Your attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities will play an important role in providing outstanding service. If you enjoy a dynamic work environment and are ready to grow within the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
