The Regional Marketing Director, Americas is responsible for leading strategic marketing planning and execution across the Americas region. This role ensures alignment between global segment and product marketing priorities, regional commercial priorities, and local market execution. Accountable for regional funnel performance, localized go-to-market (GTM) adaptation, and launch success, this position bridges global marketing strategy and regional commercial execution.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, is part of the Genomic Medicine division in Marlborough, MA, and is an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Translate global marketing strategy into a regional growth plan, making decisions on market prioritization, customer targeting, demand generation, launch activation, and marketing investment across the Americas region.

  • Own performance vs plan for Americas commercial marketing funnel metrics (funnel additions, funnel velocity, win rates, and new product launch performance) and optimize marketing channel performance in support of these goals.

  • Partner with Americas sales leadershipto shape go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps vs plan.

  • Act as the voice of the commercial marketing organization, bringing market and customer insights to support portfolio, campaign, and other business decisions.

  • Coach and develop a team of commercial marketing managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic clarity.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience; or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Long-standing experience in B2B marketing.

  • Proven track record in owning financial accountability in marketing, sales, and/or product management roles.

  • Strong leadership and planning skills in matrixed and multicultural environments.

  • Experienced in translating global strategy into regional outcomes.

  • Ability to deploy resources in line with business objectives.

  • Experience translating customer behaviors and market trends into business strategy.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - approximately 1 week per month

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Sales experience in the life sciences or biomanufacturing industry.

  • Product management or sales experience.

  • Experience in commercial funnel management.

  • Proven experience in process improvement.

The annual salary range for this role is $210,000 - $230,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
