Job Summary:
Responsible for developing conformity packages for the 525 program, ensuring compliance of Bell QMS with regulatory requirements, and maintaining processes/procedures for the certified repair station.

Responsibilities:
Maintain/update QMS procedures, revise training/quality manuals, create FAA roster procedure, update training records, develop/revise PC extension procedures, manage Brain Shark training updates, track RCCA, create drug/alcohol testing procedures, support continuous improvement and RCCA initiatives.

Education:
BS Degree required

Skills/Experience:
7–10 yrs experience, procedure development & training creation, 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station background, FAA regulatory knowledge, corrective action & continuous improvement methodology, statistical analysis, project management, MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills, ability to work independently/team-oriented, organized.
