Romer Operator / Adcole Operator.

Location: Griffin, GA 30224.
Shift: Day Shift – Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.
The Tool & Gage House is seeking an experienced Romer Operator / Adcole Operator to support precision inspection and quality assurance operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with a strong background in dimensional measurement and metrology equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Romer arms and Adcole measurement systems to inspect precision components.
  • Perform dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and inspection requirements.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
  • Communicate inspection findings with engineering and production teams.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating Romer and/or Adcole equipment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
  • Day shift.
