The Salesforce Data & Reporting Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for managing data integration in Salesforce, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage end-to-end data integration in Salesforce
โ€ข Assists and participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data
โ€ข Analyzes and extracts key data and information to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements
โ€ข Assist data users with validating data and troubleshooting Salesforce data integrity issues
โ€ข Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to align system capabilities with businessโ€™ evolving needs
โ€ข Act as a resource for team members for troubleshooting and support
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 1-2 years of Salesforce data integration, administration, and reporting related experience or for Senior, 3+ years of experience
โ€ข Experience leveraging/writing SQL in database integration and data transfer projects
