Their role bridges technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.

What are the typical responsibilities of an RBA (Robotic Business Analyst) in supporting automation projects?

As an RBA, your main responsibilities revolve around identifying business processes suitable for automation, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical developers. You will analyze workflows, map out process steps, and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you'll be the bridge between business units and technical teams.
