What You'll Do:

Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.

Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and construction materials.

Support carpenters, foremen, superintendents, and other skilled trades as needed.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies, jobsite procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.


We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has previous construction or general labor experience; commercial construction experience is a plus.

Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work each scheduled day.

Takes direction well and is willing to learn new skills.

Works effectively as part of a team.

Understands the importance of jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

Can lift and carry construction materials, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in different weather conditions.

Has reliable transportation to travel to various jobsites.

Possesses a valid California driver's license.

Is able to successfully complete a background check, driving record and DMV check.
