Kelly Nissan of Woburn is actively hiring experienced Automotive Service Technicians / Flat Rate Technicians to join our high-performing dealership service department in Woburn, Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive technicians, auto mechanics, line technicians, diagnostic technicians, and ASE-certified professionals looking to grow their career in a modern, high-volume Nissan dealership with excellent earning potential, advanced equipment, and long-term career growth.

Our technicians work in a state-of-the-art, recently updated, air-conditioned facility equipped with built-in toolboxes, new Hunter alignment machines, tire machines, and advanced diagnostic equipment.

  Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including:
    • Engine
    • Transmission
    • Electrical systems
    • Steering and suspension
    • Brake systems
    • Air conditioning and HVAC
  • Perform automotive diagnostics using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and special service tools
  • Test-drive vehicles and inspect systems to identify issues and confirm repairs
  • Complete warranty repairs according to Nissan and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a fast-paced service environment
  • Stay current on new automotive technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer updates
  Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician or Auto Mechanic experience preferred
  • ASE Certification required
  • B-Level Technician qualifications preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience
  • Experience with dealership service departments or Nissan experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate diagnostic scanners and electronic service equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
