Job description

Rantec Microwave Systems has an immediate opening for a CNC Machinist For the Night Shift.

JOB DUTIES:

 

·         Working with minimal supervision, you will set up and run FADAL and HAAS CNC 3 axis machines. 

·         Perform self-inspection on parts. 

·         Work with close tolerances less than .001. 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Must be able to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.

·         Programming Pro E/Mastercam experience is not required but is a plus.

·         Shop math and inspection. 

·         Requires experience with Haas machines.   

·         Must have own tools.

EXPERIENCE:

 

·         Prefer 7 years related experience

·         Ability to obtain a Security Clearance to perform duties associated with this position.   

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE:

 

This position will work the day shift for 5 – 10 weeks before being transferred to the night shift.

Day shift hours are 5:00 am to 3:30 pm – 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday

Night Shift hours are 3:00 pm to 1:30 am – 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday
