Responsibilities:

At Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product standards. You will also be expected to assist the Assistant General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support BOH management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.
