Job description

As an Operations Manager at The Powerhouse Group, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the companyโ€™s project execution and internal processes. This role requires a strong blend of project management and organizational skills to optimize internal workflows, assist in resource allocation, and support business strategies. This position is integral in ensuring the efficiency of cross-functional teams working on innovative tech products.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and project timelines.
  • Monitor progress on multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure operational tasks are executed effectively.
  • Manage leadership and team communications and ensure all departments are aligned on priorities and progress.
  • Support the logistics for product development, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative duties, including managing office supplies, team calendars, and team scheduling.
  • Maintain and track KPIs for various departments to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Manager, or support role.
  • Extremely tech-savvy, with experience navigating and optimizing multiple platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and optimize systems for project tracking, resource management, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience in the tech industry is a plus, but not required.
