A growing and dynamic restoration company is looking for an Operations Manager who leads, motivates, and supports a Production/Restoration division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. This person will desire to lead with the mindset of team work, valuing people, and focus on quality.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
  • Manage staff development of the Production/Restoration division.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
  • Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner.
  • Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity.
  • Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
  • Other tasks/duties as required by employer.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.

Industry certifications strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
