Talent Acquisition Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a rapidly growing organization during a significant hiring and workforce expansion.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and is comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and recruiting partners.


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as a key coordination point throughout the interview, hiring, compliance, and onboarding process.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews and manage interview schedules

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Manage onboarding workflows and timelines

• Track background checks, drug screenings, I-9s, and other pre-employment requirements

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records

• Utilize HRIS/ATS systems to track candidate progress

• Support hiring meetings and recruiting check-ins

• Help ensure candidates are fully prepared for onboarding and orientation


Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, talent acquisition, staffing, onboarding, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent scheduling and coordination abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfortable working with changing priorities and processes

• High-energy, proactive approach to work

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday or other HRIS/ATS experience

• Manufacturing or automotive experience

• Experience supporting a facility expansion, startup, new product launch, or hiring ramp

• Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or other high-volume operational experience

• Experience with onboarding and pre-employment compliance

• Experience supporting hourly or high-volume workforces
