Job description

Superior Fence and Rail, an industry leader in the fencing industry, is growing rapidly in the Minneapolis area. We are seeking a hardworking, hands-on Fence Installer to assist in the daily installation of a variety of fence types and work as part of a high-quality team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong construction skills, takes pride in their work, and is a reliable team player who is comfortable working outdoors and communicating professionally with teammates and customers.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fencing. Tasks include digging post holes, setting or driving posts, and assembling rails and pickets.
  • Work effectively within a crew of 2–4 members, following the direction of the Lead Installer to ensure high productivity and quality.
  • Safely operate power tools and equipment required for fence installation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all materials are handled properly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain professional communication with customers while on-site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction or a related physical labor field.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
