Pinnacle Metal Products is currently seeking a full-time Installer to interpret drawings and install them according to the drawings.

We have been a leading fabricator of stairs, railings, and light structural steel serving commercial and industrial construction markets throughout Ohio and surrounding states.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings successfully
  • Knowledge of proper gas setting and mixtures to properly set up equipment
  • Safe use of Forklifts, Cranes and Welders
  • Ability to weld on mild steel, stainless and aluminum
  • Typical assembly techniques for Stairs, Rails and structural items
  • Shop workflow and proper marking of material
  • Proper material control / efficient use of material
  • Proper material use for application
  • Normal painting and coating techniques and preparation procedures
  • Layout techniques including structural, stringers and table layout
  • Proper loading and staging of material
  • Ability to efficiently operate the following equipment- Mig Welder, Stick Welder, Laser/Leveling Equipment, Lift Equipment, Chain hoists, Safety harnesses, Gas Welder, Punches, Saws, Shear, Cranes, Grinders and Drill Press

Our Installer will:

  • Build structural, rail, stair stingers and other special items as assigned
  • Read drawings and install according to the drawings
  • Assemble small structural, stair and rail projects
  • Make minor field modifications to make design fit desired purpose
