Job description

RAILING INSTALLER


SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Railing Installer to handle the end-to-end physical
installation of high-quality railing systems for residential and commercial projects. This is a
full-time, hands-on role focused on precision, site safety, and structural integrity. While the
primary focus is installation, welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a significant advantage for on-site
adjustments and custom finishing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Site Prep & Layout: Accurately measure, mark, and level mounting points according to technical
drawings and blueprints.
• System Installation: Securely anchor posts and rails into various substrates (concrete, wood,
steel) using heavy-duty drills and fastening systems.
• Precision Finishing: Cut and trim materials to fit, ensuring all joints are seamless and meet
safety code requirements.
• Tool Mastery: Operate grinders, band saws, hammer drills, and levels daily to maintain tight
tolerances.
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure railings are vibration-free and
aesthetically perfect before project sign-off.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 year of experience in welding construction or a related field.
• Basic math, measurement, and blueprint-reading skills.
• Familiarity with welding and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying environmental conditions.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to wear proper PPE and follow safety guidelines.
