Job Description Job Description Lead Architectural Stair & Rail Installer Dallas, TX Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Lead Architectural Stair & Rail Installer to oversee field installation of high-end commercial stair and railing systems. This role leads installation crews, ensures precise layout and execution, maintains quality standards, and coordinates directly with general contractors and site representatives. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution Lead and supervise installation crews (3โ5 installers) Execute stair, railing, and miscellaneous metal installations Coordinate daily work plans and schedules Ensure productivity and adherence to company standards Layout & Installation Perform layout using control lines, benchmark (BM), and finished floor (FF) elevations Interpret architectural and structural drawings Verify plumb, level, and alignment Resolve field conflicts proactively Quality Control Inspect installed work for quality and compliance Perform field modifications and finish touch-ups Manage damaged materials and repairs Maintain high-end architectural finish standards Customer & Project Coordination Interface with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades Communicate progress and jobsite conditions Represent the company professionally on all jobsites Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA safety standards Conduct daily equipment inspections Ensure proper PPE and safe work practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of architectural metal installation experience Leadership experience in field environments Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Welding and finishing skills (TIG preferred) OSHA certification and valid driver's license Position Requirements Ability to travel, including overnight travel Pass drug screening and site-specific requirements Eligible to work in the U.S.
