Grain Elevator SuperintendentTop Ag Cooperative is hiring a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee daily grain operations across multiple grain locations. This role leads hourly staff in safe, efficient grain handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and rail/truck loading operations.What You'll Do:Lead and hold team members accountable to Top Ag's core values and safety standardsOversee grain inventory, quality, and facility/equipment maintenanceCoordinate rail loading and truck receiving operationsTrain, develop, and manage hourly operations employeesWhat You'll Need:Associate's degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, outdoor workValid driver's licenseWorking Conditions: Combination of outdoor and office environment; seasonal/overtime hours required.
