Job description

Electronics Test Technician
Radwell International LLC | Quality Assurance
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, and preparing industrial PLCs and electronic control units for sale. This role supports Quality Assurance operations by ensuring all equipment meets Radwell standards for performance, accuracy, and readiness for distribution.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work with electronics, troubleshooting equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Verify part numbers and identify components on all processed units
• Inspect, clean, and test industrial PLCs and electronic control equipment
• Perform power-up and diagnostic testing to confirm functionality
• Utilize shop assets, testing equipment, and fixtures correctly
• Program units as required for testing and validation
• Support quality methods, processes, and procedures
• Assist in improving product quality and operational capabilities
• Perform occasional light repair work and component-level troubleshooting
• Process units to “RTS” (Ready To Sell) condition
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of all units
• Capture estimated parts and labor costs for repairs
• Manage time effectively and prioritize daily workload
• Use internal IT systems to track and document work performed
• Provide and maintain personal hand and power tools
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications
• Experience in a technical, electronics, or industrial environment preferred
• Basic understanding of electronic testing and troubleshooting
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn Radwell systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify process improvements and support implementation
• Ability to evaluate and resolve problems as they arise
• Willingness to work additional hours when needed to support production demands

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school training or 1–3 years of related experience preferred
• Experience with electronics, PLCs, or industrial controls is a plus

• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting up to 10 pounds

Compensation
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
