Job Title: ENTRY LEVEL SHOP TECHAbout the Role:

Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist is looking for a hardworking and dependable entry level shop tech to join our team. This is an entry-level position with hands-on responsibilities in various areas of our operation, including cleaning and prepping parts, wash rack operations, sand and tap, and general maintenance work. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prep radiator and DPF parts for repair and reassembly

  • Operate in the wash rack area, using pressure washers and cleaning agents to remove soot, grease, and contaminants

  • Perform sand and tap operations to prepare parts for final use

  • Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Support technicians and other departments as needed

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:
  • Ability to work on your feet in a physically demanding environment

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Good attendance and punctuality

  • Positive attitude and team mindset

  • Previous experience in a shop or labor role is a plus but not required
