Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

We service and repair all makes and models, handling everything from routine maintenance and inspections to advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.

The Role

We are seeking a A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician who thrives in a productive, team-focused environment.

A-Level Technician Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose complex drivability and electrical issues
  • Perform advanced mechanical and system repairs
  • Support and mentor other technicians
  • Handle high-level troubleshooting independently

B-Level Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently
  • Assist with diagnostics and continue skill development
  • Grow into advanced diagnostic capability over time

This is a key role in a shop that is actively scaling.

Compensation

  • $30–$40/hour base pay (based on experience and skill level)
  • Production bonus (flag hours vs. worked hours)
  • On-target earnings: $80K–$100K+

Shop Environment

  • 30–50 vehicles per week
