Outside Sales Representative (Business-to-Business)

We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales Representative) to join our growing team. If you're driven, enjoy meeting new people, and want to build a long-term career in sales, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll manage an assigned territory by developing relationships, servicing existing customers, and generating new business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Visit automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and wholesale customers
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote our products, services, and company brand
  • Provide outstanding customer service through consistent follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Negotiate and secure new business opportunities
  • Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to management
  • Meet sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • No sales experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
