Job description

About Rad AI
At Rad AI, we're on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology-saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.
Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others-all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.
Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.
Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC's Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.
If you're ready to shape the future of healthcare, we'd love to have you on our team!
We build AI that sits directly in the radiologist's workflow:
  • Rad AI Impressions automatically drafts the impression section of reports in real time.
  • Rad AI Reporting is a full radiology reporting platform powered by GenAI.
  • Rad AI Continuity is our patient followโ€‘up coordination platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care.

Continuity is already delivering real clinical and financial impact for health systems, improving followโ€‘up completion rates and catching cancers and other serious conditions earlier. Now we need someone to turn this proven product into a scaled, standalone business inside Rad AI.
Why we need you:
Continuity has crossed the line from promising experiment to real business and we are looking to add a strong Head of Product to oversee a cross-functional team. It has established recurring revenue, a strong pipeline, lighthouse health system customers, and clear proof that it changes patient outcomes and hospital economics. But today, its future still depends on how well we can focus, prioritize, and execute.
Without you, Continuity risks being "just another product line" inside a busy, fastโ€‘growing company. Roadmaps get reshuffled. Implementations take longer than they should. Customers feel the friction of a team that's splitting its attention. Most importantly, patients who should get followโ€‘up care never do.
You change that trajectory.
You treat Continuity like your own startup inside Rad AI - with a clear vision, dedicated team, and simple, rigorous operating model. You connect product, engineering, clinical, implementations, and goโ€‘toโ€‘market into a single, coherent business. You protect focus, make hard tradeoffs, and turn great technology into reliable, referenceable outcomes for some of the largest health systems in the country.
If you do your job well, Continuity becomes the way health systems close the loop on radiology findings at scale - and a core pillar of Rad AI's longโ€‘term success. If we don't hire you, we risk leaving that opportunity, and those patients, on the table.
Here's what you'll be doing:
You will operate as the General Manager and CEOโ€‘like leader of the Continuity business within Rad AI. You own the vision, the number, the roadmap, and the dayโ€‘toโ€‘day execution that connects them. You'll design and run a startupโ€‘withinโ€‘aโ€‘startup: a focused, crossโ€‘functional team with clear goals, decision rights, and accountability.
You'll be deeply embedded with customers and your team in equal measure. You translate health system realities into product decisions, turn engineering capacity into deployed solutions, and make sure implementations result in measurable clinical and financial outcomes. You'll work closely with Rad AI's executive team, but you won't wait for permission to act - you'll build the systems, team, and habits that let Continuity scale.
In particular, you will:
  • Own Continuity as a business - set the strategy, define the operating model, and be accountable for growth, profitability, and impact.
  • Connect product, engineering, and clinical reality - ensure the roadmap reflects real customer needs, technical constraints, and implementation learnings.
  • Lead a highโ€‘performing, crossโ€‘functional team - bring together engineers, model developers, implementation specialists, and clinical experts under a shared mission and set of goals.
  • Drive customer outcomes at scale - work directly with health system leaders to deliver faster implementations, stronger adoption, and clear ROI in followโ€‘up care and downstream revenue.
  • Operate like a founder - step into whatever role is needed, from refining contracts to unblocking an integration, while keeping your eyes on the longโ€‘term build.
You're the right person for this role if:
  • You have owned and scaled a product or business line - from early traction to meaningful revenue - in healthcare or enterprise SaaS, with clear accountability for ARR, adoption, and outcomes.
  • You have deep experience operating as a GM, founder, or P&L owner, leading crossโ€‘functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and commercial.
  • You have built and led diverse, highโ€‘performing teams (including people leaders), and your teams would follow you to their next big challenge.
  • You are comfortable with AIโ€‘powered products: you don't need to be an ML researcher, but you can translate between customer problems, data/ML capabilities, and product decisions.
It would be nice if:
  • You have founded a healthcare startup or led a new business line within a larger healthcare or healthโ€‘tech company.
  • You are fluent in the realities of healthcare delivery - you understand how health systems, clinical workflows, and hospital operations actually work, and you've built solutions they rely on.
  • You have direct experience in radiology, care coordination, patient access, or other followโ€‘up-intensive workflows.
  • You have worked with AI/ML products in regulated, missionโ€‘critical environments and understand how to balance innovation with safety and reliability.
  • You have led "startup within a startup" efforts before, building focused operating models inside a company that already has multiple products and priorities.
  • You are energized by a remoteโ€‘first, highly crossโ€‘functional environment and enjoy spending time working directly with health system partners.

Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care-making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
