Job description

Join our dedicated team of professional caregivers and make a real impact in the lives of clients who need support to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. We're seeking caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and dignity. 

Service Areas:
Escambia County, Atmore, Brewton, Flomaton, Perdido, Rabun  and surrounding areas. 


Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

• Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support depending on Patient care plan
• Help prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Document care provided and communicate with healthcare team
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A genuine desire to help others
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
• Patience, empathy, and professional demeanor
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

This Job Is:

• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
• Open to applicants who do not have a High School diploma

This is a Medicaid Waiver Program and pays $10.00 an hour with no mileage.
