What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Install and replace HVAC equipment when needed
  • Clearly explain repair options and provide accurate estimates to homeowners
  • Educate customers on energy efficiency, system performance, and maintenance
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates
