Job description

Overview
Mano Lani is looking for RA Technicians to support the PKI Enterprise Help Desk - the only PKI Enterprise help desk in the USMC - providing professional, courteous certificate lifecycle support to customers located throughout the world, including tactical and deployed environments. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical role requiring deep knowledge of DoD/NSS PKI registration authority processes and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Perform certificate issuance, revocation, and key recovery operations for DoD/NSS NIPRNet and SIPRNet PKI customers
โ€ข Provide Level I PKI Help Desk support; route complex issues to Network Operations as required per the incident handling matrix
โ€ข Execute PIN resets for CAC and SIPRNet tokens; support Purebred and mobile device PKI certificate enrollment and troubleshooting
โ€ข Manage production and issuance of USMC Alternate Tokens via NEATs and DoD/NSS SIPRNet tokens via the Token Management System
โ€ข Execute certificate revocation within required timeframes; perform certificate disposition for USMC casualties
โ€ข Maintain daily physical and electronic records of all RA certificate activities as required by the DoD RA/LRA CPS and NSS RPS
โ€ข Submit and update Remedy tickets per established service level metrics; maintain SharePoint lists and databases for token and certificate lifecycle tracking
โ€ข Support creation and removal of LRAs; assist with LRA and Trusted Agent PKI training and outreach activities
โ€ข Assist Program of Record application owners with integration of Marine Corps PKI enabling technologies
โ€ข Perform operational testing of new token types, certificate types, and Token Management System updates
โ€ข Resolve customer PKI issues promptly to minimize downtime; coordinate with MCCOG sections, external USMC organizations, and other DoD agencies as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
โ€ข CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II baseline certification
โ€ข DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority Certification required
โ€ข DoD/NSS Key Recovery Agent Certification required
โ€ข Experience with or knowledge of DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA Auditor processes
โ€ข Experience with enterprise PKI help desk operations in a DoD environment
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience with NEATs, TMS, and Purebred mobile credential systems
โ€ข Familiarity with Remedy/E-ITSM ticketing and MCCOG SharePoint environments
โ€ข Experience supporting simultaneous NIPR and SIPR certificate operations
Security:
Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
