As an RA/RX Processor w/LFT, you will join a dedicated team based out of our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. You will report to the Operations Manager during the AM shift, which runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Process administrative and warranty returns in a timely manner, ensuring accurate credit issuance to customers.
  • Maintain visibility and tracking of returned goods and associated customer credits.
  • Manage manifests to verify products being shipped for refurbishment.
  • Follow established guidelines and standard procedures to ensure consistency across all customer returns.
  • Determine the appropriate product disposition for customer returns in accordance with predefined policies and procedures.
  • Inspect and evaluate the condition of returned products to determine the correct disposition path.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while actively supporting the department's 5S program.
  • Refurbish finished goods at the workstation as needed and create/refine refurbishment labels.
  • Operate power tools to disassemble various products and ensure components are properly sorted and recycled.

Who You Are

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • 1-2 years experience as a Receiver or Return Processor within a Distribution environment
  • Forklift certification required
  • Proficient with internet browsers and computer programs
  • Must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands
  • Strong attention to detail is mandatory
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with an RF device is an asset
  • Flexible team player
