Job Description

The Treasury Management Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for implementing Treasury Management products for large commercial and corporate clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation process, coordinating onboarding activities, managing work through a shared queue, and partnering with sales teams and internal operations groups to ensure timely, accurate setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during Treasury Management product implementations

  • Manage and prioritize implementation work through a centralized queue rather than an assigned client portfolio

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for payables, receivables, and other Treasury Management products

  • Review, track, and process client-submitted documentation and forms required for implementation

  • Communicate frequently with customers, sales partners, and internal operations setup teams via email and phone

  • Monitor implementation progress, identify potential issues, and follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Apply strong organization, time management, and critical thinking skills to manage a high volume of work

  • Provide clear, accurate updates to customers and internal partners throughout the implementation process

  • Learn and utilize multiple internal systems to support product setup and servicing

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience with Treasury Management products and services, or familiarity with how commercial or corporate clients use Treasury solutions

  • Background in product implementation, project coordination, operations, or managing work through a queue

  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly in an email-driven role

  • Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external customers

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities throughout the day

  • Experience working with multiple systems and applications

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
