Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: In Office 

Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth and increasing patient acquisition by building relationships with healthcare providers, physician offices, and referral sources. This role educates providers on Quest Health Solutions' products and services, generates qualified patient referrals, and supports provider engagement initiatives.

Working closely with the Outside Sales and Operations teams, the Inside Sales Representative conducts outbound outreach, supports provider onboarding to e-prescribing platforms, assists with referral management, and serves as a key point of contact for provider partners. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to achieve referral growth and sales performance goals.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, coordinate, and implement a medical provider call plan for new providers and existing providers.

· Achieve specific performance goals regarding medical provider calls, traditional prescription and e-prescription forecasts, and new        medical provider network growth.

· Guide and perform medical equipment tutorials and e-prescribe platform walkthroughs to medical providers, as needed.

· Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in the medical provider support process and provide input to appropriate internal departments to improve on available opportunities. 

· Investigate and resolve medical provider inquiries.

· Present, promote, and sell the Quest Health Solutions product(s) and/or service(s) using available resources and creativity to existing and prospective medical providers.

· Perform simple cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential medical offices to meet their needs.

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.

· Reach out to warm leads over the phone.

· Expedite the resolution of medical provider issues to maximize satisfaction, stickiness, long term value (LTV), and retention.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

· Analyze market potential, track sales, and review status reports.

· Provide management with feedback on provider needs, problems, interests, competition, and potential for new products and services.

· Stay updated on industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with SaaS platforms (ex. Salesforce, Slack, Adobe, etc.)

· Experience working with medical professionals on a sales basis. 

· Experience working with a durable medical equipment company.

· Familiarity with healthcare industry practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs over the phone or virtual.

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
