Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist (fluent in French and English) to join our international team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer operations, including order management, sales support, and customer service within a fast-paced B2B environment. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and service teams.

Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment. 

What will you be doing?

  • Manage end-to-end order management (order-to-cash process), ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Create quotes, process customer orders, and support sales teams (inside sales support).
  • Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Handle repair and calibration requests, returns (RMA), and product changes.
  • Act as main customer contact for inquiries related to orders, invoicing, and contracts.
  • Monitor order lifecycle: from quotation to delivery and payment.
  • Continuously identify process improvements in customer operations workflows.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Dutch is a highly valued.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or order management environment
  • A positive, proactive, and cando attitude, consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a processoriented mindset to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence
