Full-time 2nd Shift & 3rd Shifts available

As a Quality Inspector, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Inspecting product to determine compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and company's quality control system
  • Assuring compliance with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards
  • Excellent visual skills to detect minute non-conformances (ex: cracks, voids, tool marks, etc.)
  • Operate small hand tools and process equipment with dexterity
  • Work with precision tools and equipment using good judgment to prevent damage to equipment, to understand equipment operation, and to be efficient

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in an aerospace or defense related industry
  • Security Clearance
