Hello, Program Specialist!
Freeosk is looking for a Program Specialist to join our Consumer Experience team. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting digital media execution, performing quality assurance, and coordinating operational workflows to ensure accurate, on-time delivery across complex systems.
About the Role
The Program Specialist supports the Experience Execution team by managing updates to digital media settings, schedules, and deployment workflows within internal content management systems. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint before digital media reaches production-performing detailed QA reviews, validating readiness, and executing deployments with precision.
Through exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor, this role ensures digital media programs are delivered exactly as contracted, reinforcing reliability and trust across internal teams and client-facing workflows.
This is a hybrid role that involves going into our office 2 days a week. We will consider candidates in Chicago, IL and Bentonville, AR.
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, validate, and deploy digital media assets across in-store tablet and kiosk networks
  • Manage execution and delivery tasks to ensure deployments are accurate, timely, and aligned with program requirements
  • Perform detailed QA checks as the final review step before media reaches production
  • Verify media settings, schedules, and configurations to ensure error-free execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Technology, Operations, and Engineering teams to coordinate deployments
  • Monitor deployments, proactively identify issues, and escalate blockers to minimize downstream impact
  • Support rapid issue resolution to maintain delivery quality and program reliability

  • Deployment milestones are delivered on time, error-free, and fully aligned with program requirements
  • Media settings and schedules are accurately created and maintained, ensuring correct timing, targeting, and programming across networks
  • QA reviews consistently catch issues before deployment, reducing rework and risk
  • Deep subject-matter expertise is developed in Freeosk media configuration and system behaviors
  • Cross-functional partners rely on you as a dependable, detail-oriented execution partner who communicates clearly and proactively

Your Skills, Background, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, computer science, project management, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, digital media operations, software QA, or related workflows
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including data organization and validation
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple versions, priorities, and changes

Nice to Have
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Exposure to Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Background in agency or CPG media management environments
