Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. Office Location will be in West Point, Virginia, but frequent travel will be required to the Town of Onancock on the Eastern Shore and Surry County. An HRSD vehicle will be issued for daily travel. Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Operations Manager is responsible for providing long-term strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Departments in Operations. This includes managing all facilities, ensuring system compliance, coordinating with various divisions to optimize system performance, and supporting employee development and safety. The Operations Manager also oversees major construction projects, budgeting, and the integration of innovative programs to continually improve reliability and efficiency.
