About the Job
Manage day-to-day operations of PRe's insurance programs including onboarding of new programs, overseeing data quality and reporting, helping to ensure financial reporting accuracy, managing premium collections at the policy/transaction level, and driving evolving internal processes and controls related to program insurance.
  • Assist with new opportunity operational due diligence in accordance with PRe's program insurance guidelines
  • Onboard new programs operationally with respect to PRE's premium, risk, cash, claims, and policy documentation guidelines for MGAs
  • Manage MGA data and document reporting timeliness and quality including all required program specific modifications by underwriting, actuarial, financial, claims, and regulatory reporting
  • Ensure error catching reports are continuously monitored, resolved, and refined in a strategic and evolving manner in accordance with the evolving financial controls established for PRe program business
  • Work with the broader organization to aid in resolving accounts payables and receivables issues as applicable for all programs

About You
  • Working knowledge of insurance financial statements and profit center planning and performance monitoring practices
  • Process management and driving improvement experience in direct insurance operations
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Working knowledge of Excel, databases, and SQL
  • Experience with technology requirements documenting
  • Oral and written communication skills including experience aiding in compilation of executive .PPTX presentations
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of our internal organization and our external business partners
  • 15+ years' experience in direct insurance operations
  • Experience working with program managers
  • Client interaction/customer service experience
  • Process management experience such as six sigma and/or scrum master, etc. a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant major
