Job description

JAC Products is looking for a Regional Quality Management System Coordinator to drive the standardization and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. This role is essential in maintaining high-level compliance with IATF 16949 and ensuring all corporate and manufacturing operations meet customer-specific requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for critical quality components including: conducting internal audits for each facility, coordinating external audits, managing third-party certifications, updating document control resources, and developing global procedures that support our worldwide organization.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of third-party certifications, including pre-audit planning, onsite support during active audits, and managing internal system audits to eliminate non-conformances.
  • Administer corporate document control software and oversee the evaluation of quality procedures to ensure a unified global deployment.
  • Manage IMDS submissions and ensure all operations strictly adhere to customer-specific and regulatory mandates.
  • Develop and deliver training for associates and managers on quality processes, ensuring new and existing sites meet corporate benchmarks.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate strong leadership, work with minimal supervision, and handle confidential company documents with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation abilities tailored for customers, associates, and management.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving tools and statistical analysis to drive process improvements and maintain a culture of excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of practical experience maintaining, updating, and improving IATF-16949, ISO-9000, and ISO-14001 systems. 
  • Certified Lead IATF Auditor designation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to other JAC Manufacturing locations.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Quality, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of problem-solving and process improvement tools, including the ability to perform statistical analysis.
  • Highly organized with the ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and operating instructions.
