A leading manufacturer is seeking a Quality & Process Control Manager in the Jackson, MI area to lead quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will drive process stability, reduce defects, and build a culture focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead plant quality, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • .Drive QMS, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and CAPA to improve quality and process stability
