We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with at least 3 years of aerospace inspection experience, specifically within rework, repair, or nonconformance environments. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a steady day-shift schedule, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative manufacturing team.
Aerospace Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Inspect repaired, reworked, and manufactured aerospace components to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, repair documentation, and technical specifications to verify product conformity
- Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Complete inspection reports, maintain quality documentation, and accurately enter inspection data
- Collaborate with manufacturing, repair, and engineering teams to resolve nonconformance issues and support continuous quality improvement
Schedule: MondayโFriday
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of aerospace Quality Inspection experience, preferably within rework or repair environments
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection procedures
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
Pay: $28 - $35/hour DOE
